Adnate is een Australische kunstenaar die zijn roots in de straatkunst inmiddels ontgroeid is en zijn realistische stijl tegenwoordig ook naar de wereld van de beeldende kunst brengt. Hij is sterk beïnvloed door het clair-obscur van renaissanceschilders als Caravaggio en omarmt de portretkunst als de meesters van de 21e eeuw.

Adnate heeft altijd een band gehad met de inheemse bevolking van hun geboorteland, met name met de inheemse Australiërs. Hij schildert grootschalige muurschilderingen waarmee hij een statement maakt over het terugwinnen van het land dat altijd van hen is geweest. Hij streeft ernaar om de verhalen en emoties van elk onderwerp dat hij schildert vast te leggen, en moedigt het publiek aan om mee te leven vanuit hun eigen ervaring.

Adnate is an Australian artist who has outgrown his roots in street art and now brings his realistic style to the world of fine art. He is strongly influenced by the chiaroscuro of Renaissance painters such as Caravaggio and embraces portraiture as the masters of the 21st century.

Adnate has always had a connection with the indigenous peoples of his native country, particularly the indigenous Australians. He paints large-scale murals that make a statement about reclaiming the land that has always been theirs. He strives to capture the stories and emotions of each subject he paints, encouraging the audience to empathise from their own experience.
