ISAFA: International Street Art Festival Albania

"A unique program of public murals, which we are implementing in a number of cities throughout the territory of Albania.

A program, pioneering the world map of art, as it will "unite" - with a streetart tool - in a conspicuous way the cities of Albania, thus highlighting the country's history and characteristics.

With this project we are simultaneously creating a "path" of knowledge, experience and dialogue.

The program starts for the first half of 2019 in the town of Patos with six murals.

With the close cooperation of local authorities, committees and specialists and with the participation of six famous artists from the global scene of graffiti and streetart.

The participating artists are: Farid Rueda from Mexico, Fio Silva from Argentina, Manomatic from Spain, Same84 and Jamer from Greece.

The organization of the program is undertaken by the UrbanAct and VIZart team, with the artistic supervision of Helidon Haliti and Kiriakos Iosifidis and a team of technical and communication support.

The murals are created in buildings spread out in the city and with themes that harmoniously involve the local element with the special aesthetics of the artists."
