This whimsical dancer is easy to miss. If you're going north on Piedras, slow way down when you see the Manhattan Heights Historic District arch and look to your right - you might see it. But when coming south, when you see the arch, the mural pops out from an angled wall to your left. This artist has created a number of paintings in this style using the vertical lines of color to make it look like the mural is on corrugated metal instead of flat wall. The lines are blurred and soft, inviting the viewer into the perspective of the young woman to wonder just what might be going through her mind. It's a different treatment of the subject of the border wall and the river, and there's definitely some dark shape in the river behind her.
