Artwork created for Inspire Festival 2026.

Inspire: “In this painting, the artist, Valeria Duca, reflects on the things we cling to throughout life: hope, certainty, and one another.

The mural depicts a man suspended in space, holding onto a massive sphere. Caught between falling and floating, his body exists in a fragile balance, drifting in a space where gravity and weightlessness seem to blur.

Through this powerful image, the artist explores the invisible forces that drive and anchor us. The simple act of holding on becomes a universal metaphor for attachment, resilience, and the human need for stability.

An artwork that invites viewers to pause and reflect on the forces that drive them.”
