The Museum of Contemporary Art has selected this over 60m long artwork by Agata Lučić for its wall along the promenade on the east side of the Museum during a contest in 2021. According to the author, the mural was designed to invite passers-by to enter the Museum, which is a place of learning, research, inspiration and creativity. The characters shown on the mural are excited and happy to go to the museum and look forward to the new discoveries they will experience on the spot. Some of the works of art on display refer to the MSU exhibitions, while some are references to certain movements within contemporary art, or are fictional artifacts. The playful and cheerful characters create a dynamic and energetic display with the goal to open the Museum to a wide audience and to communicate and connect with the residents of the neighborhood.
