An article from the local newspaper DNA:
Seven days, acrylic paint, a brush, and the talent of Régis Fauquet: that’s all it took to erect a new cathedral in Strasbourg. Visible on a wall of the terrace of the restaurant La Marseillaise, just a stone’s throw from Place Broglie, this fresco was born from a discussion between the manager and the Strasbourg-based artist. “We wanted something trendy and unusual, while still making a reference to Alsace.” A work that allows the painter to make a name for himself, while making art accessible to everyone.
