L.E.T.(Abbreviation for “Les Enfants Terribles”) is a street artist from the very beginning.Since 1992 - roughly as long as the legendary Banksy - he has been actively shaping the streetscape of his hometown of Düsseldorf.While there is otherwise a lot of competition between the cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf, this does not apply to art in public spaces and that is why L.E.T. works.also like in Cologne.He works with paste ups and the stencil technique.Today L.E.T.rightly considered one of the best and most creative street artists from Germany and is also highly regarded internationally.And it is always the issues of our time that L.E.T.takes a critical look at it and thus reveals the grievances in our consumer and fun society in a tongue-in-cheek way.L.E.T.'s artistic significance is constantly increasing through worldwide exhibitions and street artist conventions.His works can also be found at auctions - usually at multiples of the original price!This stencil has L.E.T.Created for City Leaks in 2011 and has since been restored. 
 

L.E.T. (Abkürzung für „Les Enfants Terribles“) ist ein Street Art Künstler der ersten Stunde. Gibt es sonst viel Konkurrenzdenken zwischen den Städten Köln und Düsseldorf, so gilt dies aber nicht für die Kunst im öffentlichen Raum und deshalb arbeitet L.E.T. auch gerne in Köln. Er arbeitet mit Paste Ups, als auch mit der Stencil-Technik. Heute gilt L.E.T. zu Recht als einer der besten und kreativsten Street Artisten aus Deutschland und wird auch international hoch gehandelt. Und immer sind es die Themen unserer Zeit, die L.E.T. kritisch aufs Korn nimmt und so auf augenzwinkernde Weise Missstände in unserer Konsum- und Spaßgesellschaft aufdeckt. L.E.T.s künstlerische Bedeutung steigt ständig durch weltweite Ausstellungen und Street-Artist-Conventions. Auch auf Auktionen finden sich seine Werke vermehrt – in der Regel zu einem Vielfachen des ursprünglichen Preises! Dieses Stencil hat L.E.T. 2011 für City Leaks geschaffen und wurde inzwischen auch wieder restauriert.
