Street Art Cities

This proposal aims to celebrate the younger people's approach to the artisanal practices of Barcelos. This illustration appeals to the strengthening of this bond, representing a grandfather passing his testimony, in the form of cultural identity, to his grandson – as if it were a gift – because in fact, that is how it should be seen. For this purpose, some of Barcelos' best-known figurative characters are represented, in graphics that are expected to be attractive to both children and adults.

In The BOX is project organised by Casa da Juventude. The aim is to “involve young people in the creation of new projects that enhance their appreciation and capabilities”.
