The local artist was inspired by the canvas of the early nineteenth century 'Wanderer above the Sea of Fog', by Caspar David Friedrich, to criticise the proliferation of wind farms in Galicia. Wind turbines stand out above the clouds.
The artwork was removed four days after its appearance.
