The mural is a tribute to the deceased of a tragic flood that the city of Badajoz suffered in 1997.
It represents an angel coming out of the water with his hand on his chest showing pain and suffering for the loss, the 24 stars represent the deceased and the shooting star a victim who was never found. The crescent moon is what happened that tragic night.

El mural es un homenaje a los fallecidos de una trágica Riada que sufrió la ciudad de Badajoz en 1997.
Representa un ángel saliendo del agua con la mano en el pecho mostrando dolor y sufrimiento por la pérdida, las 24 estrellas representan a los fallecidos y la estrella fugaz a una víctima que nunca fue encontrada. La luna, cuarto creciente es l que acontecía aquella trágica noche.
