As a contribution of 'NEUSTART KULTUR PROGRAMM', supported by the BKM (Bundesbeauftragte für Kultur und Medien) BUNDESKUNST and the Dortmunder U, German artist and film maker Adolf Winkelmann (DE) has invited the URBAN ART legends MAD C (DE) and SOTEN_ONER (DK) to paint live on his flying pictures on top of the Dortmundr U, produced by 44309 PUBLIC//ART SPACE
