This is not a high-culture artwork, rather some funny paintings by the local authorities to utlilize a double-tube installed some 50 years ago in the socialist era, when Csepel district of Budapest was an industrial place, which was represented in many ways from street names; through children's day, when the big factory called Csepel Művek (giving work for the majority of locals) was open to infants; up to industrial "sculptures" like this.
The paintings depict Hungarian cartoons from the same time (50 years ago), but were created in the 2020's.
The surrounding of this thing is quite pleasant, next to Danube, ideal for a walk, especially with children. Playground, cake shop, restaurants are available nearby.
