Jugend- und Skatepark Westbahnhof

The youth and skate park at Westbahnhof (Braunschweig's former western train station) was created by the city of Braunschweig as part of thef ederal-state “Social City” program, developing the former railroad tracks into a continuous green recreational trail within the city limits by 2011 .

The skate park was augmented and refurbished in spring of 2026 and hosts events, such as flea markets and also street art related festivals like Hola Utopia!, Colour & Soul and the On The Wall Graffiti Jam.
