Surnommée très rapidement par les riverains « Le phare du 13ᵉ « , cette fresque haute de huit mètres, s’inspire du phare nommé « La Tourelle des Perdrix » qui est situé dans la commune de Loctudy dans le sud du Finistère et qui se distingue notamment par son petit gabarit, mais également par son damier noir et blanc aux couleurs du drapeau Breton. Cette fresque fait notamment suite à une série de phares déjà réalisée par l’artiste depuis quelques mois. D’autre part, son expérience en tant que coloriste lui permet d’adapter sa fresque en fonction des différentes variables qui l’entourent, permettant ainsi de fondre son sujet dans l’espace publique. C’est le cas de « Les Perdrix » qui grâce à ses teintes chaudes et naturelles, s’associes totalement à la couleur initiale du mur ainsi qu’à sa structure irrégulière. 
La fresque « Les Perdrix » représente cet univers si particulier propre au style artistique de Wen2. Ce même style artistique que celui-ci développe depuis près de 25 ans, dans les rues brestoises. Détenteur d’un bac en art appliqué, Wen2 se dirige par la suite vers une formation d’architecte d’intérieur à Strasbourg au lycée Le Corbusier, et  poursuit avec une formation d’infographiste à Lyon. Puis durant toute sa carrière en tant que designer, il s’exerce à plusieurs pratiques artistiques ; Collage, Aquarelle, Huile, Acrylique, et même maquette avec des compositions urbaines originales faisant de celui-ci un artiste polyvalent et pluridisciplinaires. - Galerie Itinerrance

Nicknamed very quickly by local residents "The 13ᵉ lighthouse", this eight-meter high fresco is inspired by the lighthouse called "La Tourelle des Perdrix" which is located in the town of Loctudy in the south of Finistère and which stands out in particular by its small size, but also by its black and white checkerboard in the colors of the Breton flag. This fresco follows in particular a series of lighthouses already produced by the artist a few months ago. On the other hand, his experience as a colorist allows him to adapt his fresco according to the different variables that surround him, thus allowing his subject to blend into the public space. This is the case of “Les Perdrix” which, thanks to its warm and natural colours, fully matches the initial color of the wall as well as its irregular structure.
The fresco "The Partridges" represents this very particular universe specific to the artistic style of Wen2. This same artistic style that he has been developing for almost 25 years, in the streets of Brest. Holder of a baccalaureate in applied art, Wen2 then went to train as an interior designer in Strasbourg at Le Corbusier high school, and continued with training as a computer graphics designer in Lyon. Then throughout his career as a designer, he practiced several artistic practices; Collage, Watercolor, Oil, Acrylic, and even model with original urban compositions making him a versatile and multidisciplinary artist
