Sister’ to the Irony’s robin piece, this was also funded by Urban Villages, commissioned by Eastside Partnership and managed by Seedhead Arts.

Following on from irony’s success with the industrial paint sprayer, Artista also elected to use the equipment, which was a lifesaver given the size of the piece. Only the black outlines and details were created using aerosol. The 400 ft long, 20 ft high wall was completed in just 3 and half days! This wall was long considered an eyesore along the Greenway, which is a public green space. A large amount of money has been invested in maintaining access to and understanding of nature along the Greenway. The investment made to enhance the space through the use of street art is minimal by comparison, but in this case especially delivered great impact.
