The Crystel Ship 2020
The Brussels artist Eres painted a gigantic tribute to the healthcare sector, six meters high and fourteen meters long. Of course in his typical collage style. Immediately also his first work in public after the corona crisis. He consciously chose to portray the nurses and doctors headless, so that everyone could feel addressed by it. The work is on a wall opposite the AZ Damiaan hospital and the general director of that hospital has already thanked The Crystal Ship for the work. He and his team find it very inspiring.

De Brusselse artiest Eres schilderde een gigantisch eerbetoon aan de zorgsector, zes meter hoog en veertien meter lang. Uiteraard in zijn typische collagestijl. Meteen ook zijn eerste werk in het openbaar na de coronacrisis. Hij koos bewust om de verplegers en artsen zonder hoofd af te beelden, zodat iedereen er zich door aangesproken kon voelen. Het werk staat op een muur recht tegenover het ziekenhuis AZ Damiaan en de algemeen directeur van dat ziekenhuis heeft The Crystal Ship al bedankt voor het werk. Zijn team en hij vinden het bijzonder inspirerend.
