This fresco's theme is "the forest reborn"
A daughter's request to her father, the owner of the place, a lover of eagles and falcons.
I immediately thought of the great Brazilian high-altitude guardians. Birds are numerous here, the days are guided by their song, and in the high treetops, raptors glide on the currents.
This fresco is an interpretation of the Harpija, (Brazilian royal falcon, the largest bird in Central America, with a wingspan of 2.30 m), powerful, charismatic, and identifiable by a sort of crest around its head.
Its role for the ecosystem and the forest is immense, it helps regulate the population of certain animals which could cause plant species to disappear.
