A finished painting at Estelle Northcote, for Northcote Rise's 2026 Northcote Portraits mural series along High Street, Northcote.

The work features oysters as a nod to the site's past life as an Oyster Saloon Bar. To connect that history to today's occupants, they're joined by lemon, sea salt and native Lemon myrtle blooms. The composition of the work is intended to echo the way a meal is creatively plated, just as it is inside the restaurant.
