Eclosion

Painted for Astro festival 2026, Vancouver, Canada.

17’x75’ Exterior Acrylic Paint + Spray paint

"Eclosion" portrays a scene in which two characters, living in an imaginary world, witness the birth of a jellyfish. The creature emerges from a crystal, itself formed within a flower, creating a poetic link between different forms of life and matter.

The artwork explores the cycle of life through the connection between the mineral, plant, and animal worlds, with humans acting as silent observers. Blurring the boundaries between nature and fantasy, the piece invites us to reflect on transformation, growth, and the deep interconnectedness of all living things.
