The image of the indigenous girl is the work of Chema González and Nacho Cano. With different styles but which, according to themselves, “complement each other very well”, Xemayo and Mawe, as they sign their creations, wanted to make, through the face and gaze of a girl, a tribute to those who are part of the poorest classes. Millions of people in the world who, immersed in the deepest humility, have a lot to teach. The face of a girl crossed by a strip of intense blue sky symbolizes the purity of childhood, a humble but very pure childhood, not yet contaminated.
