Artist Raman Bhardwaj painted various Wizard of Oz characters around the city to coincide with the Carolina Theatre's production of The Wizard of Oz. The Lollipop guild is painted on an exterior entrance way to the theater just above the "yellow brick road" painted on the sidewalk. Curated by Kotis Street Art.
