Danny Rumbl often uses the classic Hanna-Barbera figures in his work, as is the case here too. In the top right we see Top Cat, Danny says if he would live in Rotterdam it would be in this neighborhood.
The two legs on the left side are without the body. This way they can belong to anybody, whatever age, color or gender you are.
