“This artwork evokes my first magical moments at Carrefour. As a child, the toy aisles were a world of dreams and colors for me. I wanted to recapture that feeling through Madie, marveling and happy with her new stuffed animal. The shape of the wall, divided by a staircase, became a strength: it invites passersby to enter the artwork and become, for a moment, that child lost amidst the aisles filled with magic.”
