Among high-rises in Noyabrsk there appeared a beautiful work by the artist from St. Petersburg Anna Katkova. 
 
We call this work "Giraffe", but Ann sees it a little bit differently: 
 
"First of all, my picture is about ocean of our life, with its warm and cold currents, dreams and aspirations, and about understanding that we are on the right track. Our beacons, into the light of which we go, sometimes turn out to be illusion and fantasy. But it's okay, this is life, c'est la vie.
