Don Quixote

New work on your favorite wooden houses at Strelocnikov street. Here an artist from Penza Alexander BLOT has drawn a parallel between a street artist and Don Quixote. Both of them are knights who do good continuously struggling.

"I strive for my ideals. Any artist struggles against imaginary rivals and I struggle against those who perceive painting in the streets as evil. My attempt to convey something good is not always successful – some people interpret a painting just as a set of graphic elements and no other way.

In addition, in my works you can see the fight against such monsters as various social problems. Each of us struggles on our own. I do everything I can to uphold my ideals through painting. Besides, the house reminded me of a mill. And everybody knows that Don Quixote constantly struggled against windmills."
