The mural is located on the gable wall of an 11-storey building at 18 Chrobrego Street. Thanks to its height and location, the work is perfectly visible from the main arteries of the city, from Księcia Mieszko I and Kurpińskiego Streets. Its central point is the bust of Bolesław Chrobry, whose image was inspired by the well-known profile from the twenty-zloty banknote. Right next to it there is a huge coin – a denarius minted during the reign of the king, forming a symbolic time bracket with the modern banknote, covering a thousand years of history.

At the top of the mural there is a meaningful slogan: "THIS IS WHERE IT ALL BEGAN" – referring to the growing historical evidence indicating that it was in Poznań that the coronation of Bolesław Chrobry took place in 1025. The project combines symbolic and educational elements, set in a local context, both historical and visual – the colors of the mural harmonize with the facades of the surrounding buildings.
