HOW LOVE COULD BE

"HOW LOVE COULD BE" refers to a prominent LED light art installation by British artist and dramaturg Tim Etchells. It became a famous landmark in Bochum when it was mounted on the exterior of the Audimax at Ruhr-Universität Bochum (RUB). The 1.20-meter-high red glowing letters were installed on the brutalist concrete facade of the RUB Audimax in June 2015. It remained there for exactly 687 days before being dismantled in April 2017. During this time, it became a massive favorite among students, acting as a romantic photo backdrop and defining the look of the campus at night.
