The Rupanyup silo were the 6th Silos to be completed in the Australian Silo Art Trail.

They were painted by a Russian artist, Julia Volchkova and completed in early 2017.

They depict the vibrancy of the youth in the area and their love of team sport, their strength, their hope and the camaraderie they share amongst each other.

Featured are Ebony Baker in her netball uniform and Jordon Wedermann who plays Australian Rules football.

The mural quietly honours the importance of sport in the area, enabling small community areas to get together on common ground.
