This mural, on the back of the City of El Paso Environmental Services Division building, depicts the stewardship of the land, water, and air as entrusted to the City from the Tigua chief at the center of the mural. It shows some workers, a mother and daughter, and various local icons. It was unveiled as part of the Earth Day celebrations in 2022.
