Childs Play by Colour Doomed

After visiting many cities and experiencing the street art each has to offer I was always a bit disappointed when returning to Cardiff with the type of street art produced here - which was never as exciting or ground-breaking in comparison to elsewhere.

That was until I discovered this huge piece of street art just off City Road in the Cathays area of Cardiff.

A huge, colourful piece fills the curved wall in an otherwise typical dull and drab cityscape. It features one child pushing another child on a skateboard.

Created by local artist Colour Doomed whom has brought this totally fascinating and mesmerising piece to Cardiff. This is the first time that I have just stood and looked at something in total awe.

As Celebrity Juice's Keith Lemon may ask, "What's the message?"

Everytime I look at this I am transfixed on something different and it totally got me thinking about what it actually portrayed.
I'm still not entirely sure what's really going on here but there's just so many ways to interpret what has been created here. #loveit

The scale, colour and intricate detail has made this a truly special piece.

This is where my fascination with street art begun and has had me hooked ever since!
