LJDA 19 Anniversary Graffiti Wall for 40° Festival 2015

Description

LJDA stands for Los Jinetes Del Apocalipsis. To celebrate their 19th anniversary, the crew hosted a multi-day festival in Düsseldorf in August 2015. Their primary contribution to the city's public space was the collaborative painting of a legal graffiti wall measuring over 100 meters in length along Pinienstraße. Numerous crew members traveled from various countries to transform the massive industrial boundary wall into a unified masterpiece. The final production seamlessly blended complex lettering styles, vibrant color schemes, and expressive character illustrations.

In 2013 I started with a new hobby. In the beginning it was difficult to get reliable information how to find streetart in public space. In 2016, I had the idea of sharing my information with other street art enthusiasts and started my blog “Streetartwalks”. When I found out about this new street art community at the beginning of 2018, I was immediately on board.
