Painted prior to 28-Jan-2018, this gorgeous portrait of Blondie front-woman Debbie Harry by Ling is in the amazing Rose St car park. Today (Nov 2023) it still looks great but has some tags, however I think these fit well and sort of add to the grungy rock-chick feel.
