The Shoemaker

On the corner of Wood Street and Blossom Court is the second utility box painted in Kettering as part of the Kettering Street Art CIC project. Painted by 909 Art in April 2024, it features a shoemaker reflecting the strong history of the shoe trade in Kettering, with one of the last shoemaking factories in Kettering, Loakes, being based further up Wood Street.
