This piece “BKLYN” is an abstract piece I pushed my style and experimented with. within the letter shapes of the “B” “K” “L” “Y” “N” I incorporated Brooklyn landmarks and local elements in Brooklyn. Things like bodegas, to Barclay Center, to the Brooklyn Bridge, to the Grand Army Plaza Arch, industrial water towers, street signs, etc. Incorporating them into an abstract design, along with collage street poster textures that are in a lot of my artwork.
