Dropped ice-cream

A dropped ice cream cone lies tipped over, with the cone angled diagonally up and to the right and the scoop of soft-serve spilling out at the bottom left. The waffle pattern is picked out in layers of dark chocolate brown, a lighter copper-tan and a sandy gold, which gives the cone a convincing, almost photographic texture. The creamy vanilla swirl is painted in pale yellows and cream, and it doesn't stay inside the frame: it slumps over the bottom edge and onto the wall below, so the "spill" literally escapes the border. The tip of the cone also pokes slightly past the top right corner of the frame.
