The Autonomous Cultural Center Medika (Autonomni Kulturni Centar Medika) is conceived as a place where everyone can get space to hold cultural, educational, musical, artistic and socially useful activities. It supports the independent cultural scene since 1997 and was named after the pharmaceutical factory Medika which used to be in this block. There are rooms for exhibitions, concerts, workshops, screenings and presentations, while several local artists have their studios there and the murals and graffiti on the exterior walls change constantly.
