PINA BAUSCH GALLERY WUPPERTAL TANZT - EDITION 2025
THE ARTIST - Fat Heat is an artist who focuses on murals and paintings on canvas, as well as creating digital paintings and short animations. His background is in graffiti culture, which he first encountered in 1998.
THE PROJECT: 'Wuppertal Tanzt' is a homage to the dance choreographer Pina Bausch in the public space of the city of Wuppertal. WUPPERTAL DANCE deals with its 15 international dance co-productions and has them individually interpreted by urban artists from the respective co-production countries in the public space of the city of Wuppertal.
WUPPERTAL TANZT are 10 murals for 10 city districts - 10 dance stories, 10 countries, 10 artists, 10 views and 10 perspectives by international street artists.
