I’m sorry to say I know very little about the Wandoan water tank. When is was painted and by whom.

Wandoan is a town and locality in the Western Downs Region in Queensland. It was formerly known as Juandah. It is on the Leichhardt Highway about halfway between Taroom and Miles.
