Sopra ogni cosa

La figura femminile dell’opera pittorica si staglia su uno sfondo stellato. Da un lato, la donna è raffigurata con un libro chiuso, ancora da scoprire, come gli enigmi nascosti in ogni animo umano; dall’altro lato, sorregge il libro aperto, le cui pagine si fondono con il cosmo, svelandone complessità e profondità. L’opera è stata realizzata in occasione della Giornata internazionale
per l’eliminazione della violenza sulle donne.

The female figure of the pictorial work stands out against a starry background. On one side, the woman is depicted with a closed book, yet to be discovered, like the enigmas hidden in every human soul; on the other hand, it holds the open book, whose pages merge with the cosmos, revealing its complexity and depth. The work was created on the occasion of the International Day
for the elimination of violence against women.
