Note by the artist @Giuseppedasta_illustrator “The work depicts in a surreal way the face of the great #raffaellacarrawho disappeared on July 5, 2021. A woman unconsciously became an international benchmark and symbol of inclusion.
A cloud on her face representing Raffaella’s femininity and delicacy that makes her eternal. It’s important to always do be with whoever you want for a more inclusive society. The rainbow bundle painted as a sign of inclusion’. “
The artist @giuseppedasta_illustrator went on to say he was “dedicating this to Tigran and Arsenchi, 2 Aremenian boys who tragically decided to end it after all the hate they received from the Armenian community. And to those who have struggled and continue to in everyday life, to those whose parents turned their backs, to those who still don’t feel themselves”.

Such a powerful message behind this wall of paint. When I was photographing it I was bummed that the utillity poles were blocking some of the art…but after reading his post I think the poles are symbolic of things that block our perspective.
Thank you for this beautiful wall @giuseppedasta_illustrator.
