Shibuya Arrow Project - JR East Underpass

Description

One of the galleries of artworks commissioned as part of the Shibuya Arrow Project with several different artworks pointing in the direction of a safety zone for a temporary evacuation area. These murals were painted from September 2019 until its launch in March 2020.
