Very instagrammable walls in a bicycle tunnel under Ringbaan-Zuid by Aziz Lessy. His abstract and three-dimensional forms refer to the Stappegoor area. If you look closely you can see icicles referring to the skating hall, water from the swimming pool and references to sports, education and a sushi restaurant. 
After the bicycle and walking tunnel between Stappegoorweg and Trouwlaan was completed in late 2020, it did not take long for the first illegal graffiti to appear on these concrete walls. It resulted in a rundown appearance of the underpass. These murals not only embellish it, but also make you feel safer.
