Dutch pigeon

At the foot of the statue of King William II sits a pigeon with clogs, hence a Dutch pigeon.
In collaboration with Kaapstad Tilburg, Frankey created a fair theme route through the city center with hacks, especially for the event of the ten-day "Tilburgse Kermis".
