This is a place in Tilburg where you can legally spray graffiti.
Everyone is allowed to use it, provided they don't start tagging discriminately, spraying short words, slogans or dicks on it. That is not appreciated!
Spraying graffiti on the wall is free and can be done whenever you want.
What you are ‘allowed’ to spray on it? In graffiti terms: complete pieces, as well as burners. The latter are murals where the creator often uses three bright colours and sprays a name.
