Cycle celebrates Blacktown's multicultural tapestry, featuring a universal rainbow inspired by Aboriginal art, resonating with African, Sudanese, and Islander communities. Symbolising mountains, waterways, and the Blue Mountains gateway, it reflects the vibrant cultural landscape.
