Love in Our Hearts with a Black Cockatoo

Created in collaboration with residents Deb and Paul, this work reflects their connection to the Australian land, love of nature, music and culture. The musical notation is a trumpet solo written by Paul in collaboration with lyricist Angie Paice, in a song called Water the Seed.
It's about the strength and magic of love and how love is like a seed that grows as we care for each other. Love gets into our hearts, our lives and even in our shoes. It's inescapable.
