Painted on Dutton Lane adjacent to the Freedom Plaza, this artwork shows a fantastic feast of Asian cuisine. Four dishes: fresh rice paper rolls, sweet and sour soup, steamboat and the durian are detailed on the right
Covered by The Sydney Morning Herald in June 1998, this artwork commemorated Cabramatta as a "Flavour feast to be had in city's own melting pot." What looks like an inconspicuous billboard is a public selection of recipes and a painting of three chefs. Commissioned by Fairfield City Council.
