Andrzej Wajda

The mural was created on the wall of the building at ul. Niepodległości 7, however, it can be viewed from Spółdzielcza street.

The choice of Andrzej Wajda, the Polish director and Oscar winner, as the hero of the next mural was not accidental. The work is associated with the Spektrum Film Festival taking place in Świdnica for several years. This year's edition will be devoted to the director. What's more, this year is 20 years since the premiere of "Panna Nobody" directed by Andrzej Wajda, which took place in Świdnica. "Miss Nobody" is a novel by Tomasz Hryzna from Świdnica, the story of fifteen-year-old Marysia, who is manipulated by two of her friends.
