The mural presents cyclists associated with Świdnica. Rafał Majka is one of the best Polish road cyclists, a winner of the Tour de Pologne in 2014. He is a graduate of the School of Sports Championship in Świdnica. Józef Beker is one of the most talented road cyclists of the 1960s. He won the Tour de Pologne in 1965.
