The large-scale mural is located on the grounds of the AFPA in Strasbourg. It depicts a group of cartoon-style characters moving together through an alpine mountain landscape. On the left, the inscription “Atteindre les sommets!” (“Reaching the summits!”) accompanies the scene.

The visual language recalls traditional comic illustrations, with bold outlines and a restrained palette of dark blue, ochre and white.

AFPA (Agence nationale pour la formation professionnelle des adultes) is a French organisation founded in 1949 that provides vocational training and professional development for adults. The mountain imagery can be read as a metaphor for collective progress, personal development and achieving professional goals.
